We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 25, Brandon Rosen of Germantown, Maryland, born in Rockville, Maryland passed away. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest, Lottie Parsley and James Tompkins; and his aunt Janet Parsley. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Rosen and Diane Parsley Rosen; his brothers, Michael and Anthony (Aisha); his nephew Jaxson; and his grandmother Veronica Tompkins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
