She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbur G. Hall and Blanche G. Hall; her siblings, Wilbur C. Hall, Robert Lee Hall, Catherine Riggs, Thelma H. Walden and Georgia A. Benjamin; her daughters, Cheryl Harper Collins, Marlene L. Harper and Toni Harper; and her granddaughters, Angela Collins, Jasmine Wilcox and Keturah Johnson. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
