He is survived by: his wife Donna Jacobs; his stepdaughter Lisa Mohink (Todd); his children, Max and Alexa Mohink; his stepdaughter Sara Solomon (Jacquie Smyth); his stepgrandchildren, Nessa and Nicholas Solomon Smyth; his brother Joseph Jacobs (Lucinda); his nephew Richard Jacobs; and his niece Jennifer Jacobs.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Remembrance Memorial Park (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871).
