She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Simmons and Mabel Louella Tichenor Simmons; and her siblings, Melvin Ralph, Edgar Leroy, Vernon Clay, Mabel Arlene, Charlotte Louise and Lula Belle Morton.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Simmons, Charlene Ann and Susan Marie; her husband Robert Everett Hubbard of Washington, D. C; her in-laws, Robert (Eileen), Charlene Ann (Joe) and Susan (late Doug); her grandchildren, Lauren Evans (Sam), Olivia Hughes (Jake), Stephen Robertson (Amanda), Cory Robertson and Miranda Henry; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Ann, Jack Everett Robertson and Westley Robert Evans. She is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
