He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gladys and Walter Garrett Sr.; his wife Mary Lou Garrett; his sisters, Jane Denini of Seattle, WA and Sue Johnston of Oldsmar, FL; his children, Patty Noon (Mike) of Gambrills, MD, Andy Garrett (Shari) of Pasadena, MD, Tim Garrett (Rhonda) of Ocoee, FL, Cathy Novak (Bob) of Mechanicsville, MD, Susie Nichols (Jonathan) of Crofton, MD and Rob Garrett (Monique) of Timonium, MD.; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Chris, Megan, Jessie, Bobby, Cameron, April, Kyle, Kirstin, Cassidy, Connor and Nolan. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake.
