He was predeceased by: his wife Betty D. Stacey; and his children, David S. Stacey and Deborah Bargas-McCawley. He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda L. Jackowski, Sharon S. Conrad and Lorie A. Still. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 19 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
