He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Crutcher, Otis Whitaker, Jr. and Brandon Whitaker; his sister Mai Gladys Martin; and his daughter-in-law Lacey Harvey Whitaker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
