He was predeceased by: his wife Ann McDaniel. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Lumpkins (Carroll) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Karen Bauer (Mark) of Gambrills, MD and Wendi Owens (David) of Orlando, FL; and his grandson Aaron Lumpkins of Salisbury, MD..
