She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Mahgee; her husband Donald Fratino; her brother Dick McPartland; her daughters, Cathy Welker of Annapolis, Tracy Williams (Joe) of Crofton and Julie Klipstein (Steve) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her sisters, Sally Borgman of Lonaconing and Pat Hyde of Westminster; her grandchildren, Amanda (Steve), Anna (Bill), Ben, Juliane, Matt, Tessa, John, Hannah (Caleb), Elise, Emma and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Stevie, Ava, Olivia and Kaylee.
Due to COVID-19, a Mass of Christian Burial offered at 11 a. m. on Wednesday, April 7, will be private.
