She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Wade and Mildred Wade; and her siblings, Catherine Stinchcomb, Wilbur Wade, Warren Wade and Randy Wade.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J Foy, Sr.; her children, Joe Foy (Donna) and Deanna McCrea (John); her grandchildren, Caleb, Phillip and Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Cheyenne, Cayden, Vincent and Shane; and her sister Laverne Voyles.
