He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Mueller and Sara Jane P. Mueller; and his former wives, Sharon Conner and Beverley K. Mueller. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis K. Mueller; his sister Mary Jane Miller; his children, Paul C. Mueller (Karla) and Valerie C. McDougald (Al); his stepchildren, Dawn Graves (Kevin) and David Fredericks; and his grandchildren, Mack, Marissa McDougald, Baylee, Charlie Mueller and Kieran Graves.
