She was predeceased by: her father Albert Fowler Sr.; her brother Larry; and her brother-in-law Bill Burton. She is survived by: her mother Pearl Fowler (Hutchins); and her siblings, Barbara Anderson (Robert) of Linthicum, Maryland, Albert Fowler Jr. (Billie Jean) of Glen Burnie, Maryland, Stephen Fowler (Laurie) of Pasadena, Maryland, Joan Burton of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rev. Garry Fowler (Debbie) of Elverson, Pennsylvania, Rhonda Sullivan (George) of Severn, Maryland and Amy Cerrito (Joseph) of Knoxville, Maryland.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Gloria Ann Link (Fowler) went home to Jesus on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at age 73 due to complications of cancer and Alzheimer's Disease.
