He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Campbell Dwyer and Ruth Virginia Jenkins; his brother Ronald Dwyer; and his half-siblings, Dana "Danny" Jenkins, Deborah Romick and Maryetta Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his spouse Dierdre Dwyer; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Calton, Zachary Calton, Joseph Keys Jr. and Charles; and his brother William "Billy" Dwyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardesty Funeral Home - Gambrills (851 Annapolis Rd, Gambrills, MD 21054).
