He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Wilson and Jerome Turner; his wife Grace Hicks Turner; his siblings, Harold Turner, Sr. (Bally), Arzenia Crowner, Shirley Brandford, Martha Watkins, Rever Sellman and Geneva Ballard; and his friend Maria Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Chester Turner (Patricia), Betty Turner and Isabella (Clarence) of Washington; his stepson Charles Sidney Brown (Donezella); and his sister-in-law Bessie Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, bonus grandchildren and friends.
