It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paulette Totten (Galesville, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 11, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Mary Owings (Michael) of Raiford, FL, Angelique Randall (Darry) of Shady Side and Debbie Powell (Cregg) of Chesapeake Beach; her brothers, John Snider of Daytona Beach, FL and Michael Snider of Tiffany Woods, MD; her grandchildren, Kandi, Natasha and Cassidy; her great grandchildren, Jaida and Lauryn; her former husband Carl Totten; and also Raymond Frank.
