He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harper and Eleanor Harper; and his brothers, Joseph and Arthur Harper. He is survived by: his wife Terry (Terry); his children, Michelle (Jason), Stacy and Robin; his grandchildren, Rachel (Micah), Jordan, David, Kaitlyn, Kori, Ashley, Ryan, Myleigh, Makayla and Ryleigh; his great grandchildren, Colton and Dalton; and his sister Linda Gott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardesty Funeral Home - Galesville (905 Galesville Rd, Galesville, MD 20765). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Southern Maryland Memorial Gardens (10155 Ward Rd, Dunkirk, MD 20754).
