He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary "Maggie" Proctor and Alonzo Proctor; his children, Warren Proctor, Joseph Thompson and Gloristine Neal-Nick; his siblings, Thomas Proctor, Augustine Proctor, Janice Wallace and Ella Watkins; his grandchildren, Ja'Mari Blair, Vernell Blair, Ronnel Offer, Demarko Offer and Tyler Offer; and his close friend Samuel "Poop" Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ester Watkins-Proctor; his children, James Burley (Theresa), Curtis Proctor (DePaula), Roland Proctor, Glendora Proctor-Stevens, Patricia Proctor, Lita Proctor-Moore (Russell), Wanda Jones, Sonya Moreland and Alonzo Proctor (Tara); his sisters, Helen Turner and Connie White; and his goddaughter Torie Hicks. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church (967 Main St, Galesville, MD 20765). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery (967 Main St, Galesville, MD 20765).
