It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Rosetta Galloway (Galesville, Maryland), who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gross and Sarah Holland Booze; her grandmother Rebecca Cleveland Holland; her husband Elijah Galloway; her siblings, Frank Pratt and Margaret Green; her granddaughter Shanell Makell; her children, Juanita Booze, Frank (Brenda), Tyrone and Vernell (Chuck); her stepson Richard Galloway (Yvonne); her great grandchild Kamari Thomas; her granddaughter Sherry; and her great grandchild Tiera.

“Ms Catherine was like a Mother to me... I've known her for over 30 years... Anytime that I've ever visited her, her beautiful smile just lit up any room that she was in... She had such a beautiful and loving heart, and was the most kindest, loving, and caring person that I have ever met... She would say some of the most funniest things, and would just have me cracking up... I loved to hear her laugh... I loved spending time out with her, having lunch, and just enjoying her company.. Miss you Mom”
