She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Leitch and Jessie Leitch; her husband Francis Ray "Frank" Moreland; and her brother Albert Leitch. She is survived by: her son Charles Thomas "Tommy" Moreland of Mayo; her grandchildren, Amy Binkoski (Kevin) and Gary Giles Moreland (Jackie); her children, Sheree Ann Harvey (Robert) of Prince Frederick, Erin Kadjeski (Joseph), Lexy Buchanan (Joe), Rob Harvey, Meagan Lilly and Megan Dixon (Richard); and her sisters, Jane Skipper of Kilmarnock and Barbara Whittington of Davidsonville, Maryland.. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
