We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2018, at the age of 81, Horace T. Otwell Jr. (Galena, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Horace T. Otwell Sr.; his son Mark Otwell; and his siblings, Dolores Moran, Jean Bovia and Dallas Otwell.
He is survived by: his parent Fannie Boyd Otwell Towler; his wife Josephine Otwell; his children, Dave Otwell of Galena and Christy Pisapia (Joey) of Galena; his grandchildren, Dustin Otwell, Bethany Otwell and Marisa Pisapia; and also, Josie Otwell and Powell Otwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 10 Glebe Rd., Earleville, MD 21919 or the Galena Cemetery, P.O. Box 235, Galena, MD 21635.
