He is survived by: his parents, Changbo Fu and Xiuxiang Xiang; his wife Liyang Xu; his son Song Fu; his mother-in-law Suzhen Du; his daughter-in-law Kyujoo Choi; and his brothers, Zhicheng Fu and Bin Tian. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and extended family.
