He is survived by: his wife Verna Radcliffe (Hiponia); his children, Teresa Kempisty (John), William H. Radcliffe III (Trey) and Dawn Stone (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Carli, Dustin Stone, John and James Kempisty. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, & friends.
