He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerome Roberson and Georgia Roberson (Wilson); his sister Jean; his wife Lucille Renwick; his children, Tracey Roberson, Jeryl Roberson (Balqué) and Scott Roberson; his son-in-law Brian Balqué; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Roberson, Scott Roberson Jr. and Robert Goodwin Jr.; and his great grandchild Sabriyah Roberson. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
