She was predeceased by: her parents, James Turner and Lillie Mae Baxter; her husband Raymond D. Shipe; her son James Russell Shipe; her daughters-in-law, Mildred and Joan; and her granddaughter Tammy Gallagher.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond and Robert (Betty). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
