He is survived by: his wife Meredith; his children, Kevin, Courtney and Jeremy (Shania); his grandchildren, Kierre Greene, Julian Plummer, Mariah Plummer, Camryn Faulkner, Jeremy II, Kevin II and Sir Jacob Levert; his brother Joseph (Dwanna); his sisters-in-law, Debra Levert and Zelda Levert; his brother Christopher Levert (Denise); and his granddaughter Linda Cornish Rhodes.
