He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Pamela E. Loomis (late Michael), Lisa O. Sessa (Louis) and Drew G. Offutt (Jennifer) of Bethesda, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Carissa K. Geisler (Patrick), Jeffrey L. Sessa Henrico (Bee) of Maryland, Virginia, Amanda Jane Sessa, Leah D. and Noah D. Offutt of Bethesda; his great grandchildren, Owen and Theo Geisler of Silver Spring, Maryland.; and his sister Ruth Ann German (Ray) of Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Molesworth-Williams P. A. Funeral Home (26401 Ridge Rd, Damascus, MD 20872). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
