She is survived by: her son Nathaniel Levine (Nate) of Gaithersburg; her parents, Dr. Steven Permuth and Jacki Permuth; her siblings, Dr. Jennifer Permuth and Matthew; her sister-in-law Sabrina Permuth; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph, Jacob Wey, Robert Cochran, Sydney of Tampa and Gabriella Permuth of Tampa. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
