He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Howard, Mabel Lena (Willow) Kahley, Brady Ross and Eva Beulah (Koch) Smith; his aunts and uncles, Ruth Fogleman, Elsie Taylor, Margaret Kahley, Charles Fogleman and Raymond Fogleman; and his cousin Bonnie Lou Taylor.
He is survived by : his parents Paul R. and Florence Irene (Smith) Kahley; his wife Susan (Flores) Kahley; his children, Joshua Kahley of Toronto, OH, Courtney Kahley of Toronto, OH and mother of Josh and Courtney, Julie (Mike) Rudy of Toronto, OH; his step-children, Aaron, Gian and Jose Flores; and his sisters, Deloris Johnson of Colliers, WV, Denise (Thomaa) Mirabella of Colliers, WV and Mary (Mark) Wolf of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by three nieces; three nephews; three great nieces; three great nephews; many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
