It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Ruffner of Gaithersburg, Maryland, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John R.; and her husband David Burchinal Ruffner. She is survived by: her children, Michelle M. Ruffner (Van Ernest) of Gaithersburg, MD and David L. Ruffner Santa (Christian); her grandchildren, Kendall Pasquarelli, Morgan Ruffner and Samantha Ruffner; and her sister Adele Clemmer (Charles) of Allentown, PA.
