He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Eley and Leila Eley; his wife Donna Pisapia (Pisapia); and his siblings, Kenneth Christopher and Margaret Eley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Vacca (Joe), Kimberly Kauppi (Dave) and Amanda Eley; and his grandchildren, Mikaela Vacca, Brady Vacca, Kennedy Vacca, Isabel Kauppi, Mason Vacca, Jackson Kauppi and Bryce Kauppi.
