With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maiga Miezis of Gaithersburg, Maryland, who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emils Ulis and Milda Ulis; her husband Ramons Miezis; and her siblings, Vija Smith, Rasma Kuplis and Edgars Ulis.
She is survived by: her children, Ranta Kibbe (Jim) and Ronalds Miezis (Cindy); her grandchildren, Amanda Sallade (Rob), Alexandra Kleebauer (Scott), Sasha Miezis and Grant Miezis; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Sallade and Emma Sallade; and her brother John Ulis (Mara).
