He was predeceased by: his wife Netta Ann Hixson Dickey; his parents, Raymond Dickey Sr. and Beulah Imogene Phelps Dickey; and his siblings, Wilma Cox (Chancey), Osee Bryant (Freeman), Opal Cox (Abner), Raymond Dickey Jr. (Nellie), Wendell Dickey (Doris) and Betty Underwood (Joseph).
He is survived by: his children, Terry Dickey (Belinda), Dennis Dickey (Deborah), Keith Dickey (Claire) and Sandra Powell (Eddie); his grandchildren, Brittney Golden (James), Kevin Dickey (Allison), Alan Dickey (Nicole), Katherine Williams (Bart), Jacob Dickey (Tyesha), Samuel, Sydney, Ella Dickey and Jennifer Neu; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Bailey, Kaylee, Graysen, Eli, Jaiden, Ryan, Parker, Bryce, Liam and Jordan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
