It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kazuyoshi Kawata (Gaithersburg, Maryland), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; and his granddaughter India Jean Kawata. He is survived by: his parents, Ray and Jean Kawata; and his grandchildren, Stephen and Christina.
