She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Willis (Susie) of Frederick, MD, Lynda Lazzarine of Harper's Ferry, WV and Randall Allen of Smithsburg, MD.; and her children, Frank Lockhart, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Steven Lockhart, Floyd Lockhart of Gaithersburg, MD and Robin Slagle of Bunker Hill, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
