She is survived by: her husband Louis Augustus "Cicy" Dixon, Jr.; her siblings, Joseph Riggs, Jr., Harry Riggs, Alvin Riggs, John Riggs, Carrie Frazier, Barbara Miles and Joann Budd; her godson Larry Riggs; her daughter Sharon Smith; her grandchildren, Gerryle Smith, Sr. (Angela) and Latise Baker (Jeffrey); her great grandchildren, Brianna Smith, Gerryle Smith, Jr., Alise Baker and Malia Baker; her goddaughter Yolanda Renee Frazier; and her brother-in-law Clifton Budd, Sr. (Joann). She is also survived by the nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, church family, and friends.
