With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Mary Loewe (Gaithersburg, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Loewe; her parents, Michael Paul and Margaret Mary Pusateri; and her grandson Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen M. Dowell (Christopher), Bonnie J. Bigenho, Donna L. Ripple, Cheryl A. Loewe, Christine M. Peterson (Christopher) and Michael J. Loewe (Becky); and her sister Joan Castiner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
