She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fox and Wilda Fox; her siblings, Jim Fox (Jim) and Joanie Fox (Joanie); and her niece Darlene Garrison of Heaven's Gate.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Butler; her daughters, Sherry Pontell, Trisha Nupp and Jerri Collins; her grandchildren, Kayla Brooks, Spencer Pontell, Carly Plotkin, Travis Nupp, Trevor Nupp, Grace Pontell, Hallie Pontell, Trenton Nupp, Dayton Collins, Logan Pontell and Lucy Collins; her brother Jerry Lee Fox; and also, Michael Pontell and Frank Nupp. She is also survived by her many sisters-in-law, as well as her brothers-in-law.
