He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Cyr Hock and Joseph Rethly Hock; and his sister Ruth Ann Hock. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Ryan and Drew Martin; his wife Terri Gates (Silver Spring, MD); and his siblings, Carole Hock Kerns (Christopher), Nancy Hock Connors (Charlie) and John Michael Hock (Tasha). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
