With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Ray Wikoff of Gaithersburg, Maryland, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oren and Emily Minnie Wikoff (Hogan); and his siblings, Roy Wikoff Jr. and Delores Strabala. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ann Wikoff (Richards); his children, John Ray Wikoff, Jr. (Tanya), Thomas Oren Wikoff and Jill Richards Worley (Jim); his brother Art Wikoff (Ann); his grandchildren, Julia, Dave, Katherine, Rachel, John, Alexi, Laura, Rebecca and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Kaitlyn.
