She is survived by: her children, William Earl Noel (Hewan Tomlinson) of Upper Marlboro, MD and Elizabeth Noel Morrison of Charles Town, WV; her granddaughter Mary Hart-Schulze (Stefan Schulze); her children, Carin Elizabeth Hart (Joshua Hart), Matthew Lee Morrison, Samuel Noel, Valarie Noel and Christian William Noel (Brittany Noel); and her great grandchild George Raymond Brewster, III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
