Carr Jr. (Gaithersburg, Maryland), who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carr and Charlotte Carr; and his stepdaughter Brandy. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise (John), Bill and John; and his stepchildren, Melissa and Tom. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home (21525 Laytonsville Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20882). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
