He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Curtis; and his father William H. Curtis, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Doris Rosemary Leahy Curtis; his son Christopher James Curtis; his sisters, Rosemary Tyskiewicz (Andrew) and Patricia Curtis; his nephew Michael Tyskiewicz (Adrianna); and his great-nephews, Ryan and John Tyskiewicz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
