He was predeceased by: his wife Connie; his brother Glenn E. Matter; and his son Craig E. Matter. He is survived by: his children, Bruce E. Matter (Cindy), Keith E. Matter and Linda E. Dryden (Dale). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, a brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
