He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene L. Thomas and Kathleen Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Thomas (Owens); his children, Nicole M. Thomas of Washington, D. C. and Eugene L. Thomas, III (Rachel); his granddaughter Maya (Additionally) of Washington, D. C.; and his siblings, Mark Thomas (Margie) of Burlington, Myre Yarbrough (Clarence) of Gaithersburg Maryland and Cathy Thomas of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
