It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Donnell Frazier (Gaithersburg, Maryland), who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Ramona Frazier Wilson and Marcus Eugene Duvall. He is survived by: his children, Alex (Shamoya), Nicholas and Sommer Frazier.
