He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Carroll Sr. and Daisy Nina Garland Jacobs; and his siblings, James Jacobs, Mary Stull and Hilda Knott.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Clay Jacobs (Jeannie); his sons, Kenny (Terri), Randy (Brenda), Tommy (Suzi) and Kevin (Shannyn); his grandchildren, Savannah, Becca, Austin, Cheyenne, Brandon and Jessica (Austin); his brothers-in-law, Mickey Clay (Pat Keller), Gary Clay and Companion Alice Hall; and his son Johathan Tedder.
