It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen McGuirk Forman (Gaithersburg, Maryland), born in Hawthorne, New Jersey, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. McGuirk and Mary Cecilia McGuirk. She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, Rhiannon Smigocki (Christopher) and Nathaniel (Kristen); her grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler Smigocki, Noble and Elise Forman; her brothers, John and Edward; and her aunts, Alice and Ruth. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She also enjoyed crocheting, making shawls for Donate Life as well as founding the Montgomery County Chapter of Project Linus which provided blankets to help and comfort children in local hospitals.
