It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Nichols (Gaithersburg, Maryland), who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George Thomas Nichols; and his siblings, Thomas, Eddie, Audrey and Joan.
He is survived by: his wife June Ellen Waugh; his children, Donald "Strag" Nichols, Jr. (Karen) and Vicki Lynn Pickett (Neil); his grandchildren, Duane, Dana Pickett, Crystal Blake (Jason) and Chasity Harich (Jason); his great grandchildren, Shyla Blake, Wylan, Dylan Harich, Mariah and Neil Pickett; and his brother Leroy (Faye).
