It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lester Barnhart (Gaithersburg, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Bert, Sr. and June Barnhart; his wife Margaret Dwyer Barnhart; his daughter Elizabeth Barnhart (Brian White); his granddaughter Violet; his son Ben Barnhart (Traci); his grandchildren, Samantha and Charlie; his great grandchild Chris Barnhart (Melissa); his siblings, Sandy Crum, Albert "Scip" Barnhart, Jr., Jeff Barnhart and David Barnhart; and also, Zoey, Phoebe, Calvin and Titus.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS.org).
