We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2024, at the age of 79, Catherine Mae Auton of Gaithersburg, Maryland, born in Rockville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Curtis and Mabel Curtis; her husband John Edward Auton; and her siblings, Warner, Barbara, James and Bryan Curtis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ferrick (Kevin) and Linda Schiefer; her grandchildren, Kevin Michael Ferrick (Deirdre), Christopher Schiefer (Bethany), Caitlin Brown (John), Megan Curtis (Joey), Kailey Schiefer, Corey Ferrick and Kelsey Ferrick; her great grandchildren, Lily, Wyatt, Logan, William, Delilah, Daisy and Quinn; and her siblings, Clyde Curtis (Regina) and Mary Atkins. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
